When my sister announced that she would be having another little girl, I was put in charge of the cake! This has to be my favorite cake of all time, and not just because it took me forever (partly because the frosting melted off as I drove it home, so I had to make it twice!). This cake weighed a ton, but I think it turned out awesome! :)
On top of the cake, I decided to make cupcakes in a jar as the take-home gift. This seemed like a really good idea, until it came time to actually make them. I think that they turned out great, but they took forever to make! But everyone enjoyed them, so it was worth it!
